Yes it’s true! You had heard the rumors, checked in with TMZ (does anyone really know why it’s called Thirty Mile Zone anyway?), and suddenly it was July 16th and Manny The Frenchie was at Pet Camp visiting with his fans and raising money for Northern California Family Dog Rescue.
