SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Small Business Week is the week of May 14th and there are a bunch of events scheduled for small businesses in San Francisco. Normally this isn’t the kind of stuff we mention in our newsletter (though we are huge junkies of local small business issues), but this year we wanted to let you know that Mark has been named the Small Business Advocate of the Year by the San Francisco Small Business Network. It’s a great honor – but for those of us who know him, it shouldn’t come as a complete shock; once he sets his mind on something he will argue (oops “advocate”) until he is blue in the face and you are willing to do just about anything to shut him up.
