Free Pet "Fixes" for Needy Pet Owners
Pet Camp is pleased to offer, in a joint effort with San Francisco Animal Care and Control and the Peninsula Humane Society, free spaying and neutering for needy San Francisco pet owners on the first Thursday of each month.
To participate, simply bring your pet to Pet Camp, 525 Phelps St., in San Francisco. Surgery is performed by a licensed vet inside the Peninsula Humane Society’s surgery vehicle. No appointment is necessary – pets are accepted from 8 a..m. to 9 a.m. only on the first Thursday of the month. Pets must fast from midnight the night before the surgery and have all vaccinations up-to-date. Limit is one pet per family, dogs or cats only. We cannot accept dogs over 80 lbs. or any pet over 8 years old. For questions, please call 650.340.7022, ext. 387.
